Culture
A people of culture, memory and reflection with a tradition stretching back three millennia, the particularism of Jewish thought illuminates the universal through its uniqueness. Far from being confined and walled in by painful historical events or exclusively “religious” considerations, Judaism offers a relevant perspective on all subjects relating to humanity and the progress of society in its most current challenges and questions.
The Luxembourg Jewish Foundation encourages, promotes and supports international conferences that allow for open debate and help to find solutions to the problems and challenges facing Jews in the Grand Duchy and Europe.
Keen to promote brotherhood and peace between different faiths, the Luxembourg Jewish Foundation contributes to and campaigns for synergies aimed at dialogue, encounters and sharing with other religions.
